Mr. Earls has been a deputy prosecutor in Clay and Vigo counties in Indiana. He was exclusively a "trial deputy prosecutor," which means that his prosecutorial duty for each county was limited to major felony jury trials.
Mr. Earls is also an experienced criminal defense attorney, and now taking new clients. Mr. Earls has tried approximately 25 felony jury trials to completion, and has represented hundreds of other individuals accused of committing criminal offenses.
Mr. Earls's private practice handles all types of civil legal matters, including, but not limited to, Personal Injury, Family Law, Probate Law, and Bankruptcy Law.
In addition to being a seasoned trial lawyer, Mr. Earls has represented clients at the appellate level in both state and federal court, including successfully arguing before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago, Illinois.
